This card is for permanent or seasonal workers of the COLIER Platform or its commercial partners. It's a personalized card and features a black and white photo of the beneficiary. The card receives transaction payments via bank transfers or card-to-card transfers. Its use requires activation, which will be justified, and it can be deactivated if needed.

A subscription to universal health coverage and insurance is mandatory, meaning there will be immediate debits even with a zero balance. The card is rechargeable via POS terminals. The cardholder will have access to a number of products and services (social housing, savings plans, etc.). The card will include a health and social component, extending its use to one person and their immediate family members for educational and health benefits. They will commit to repayment agreements that will be debited before the date of salary or remuneration transfers.

All card transactions will be notified via SMS, and a monthly email statement will be sent. The balance can be checked via SMS at ATMs. The card will be a GIM card and will work at ATMs in the UEMOA zone. It can be used for payments for products and services at merchants in the UEMOA zone, transfers, money reception, and other similar services.
