The YOFF card is designed for individuals (the general public) for personal use. This card provides access to the product and service database. It also serves as an identification, similar to a phone number, to access the Mobile Application (E-colier) and the E-Commerce website.

It allows you to subscribe to (purchase) shares and company stakes through partner banks to fund various projects related to the COLIER Platform, covering all economic industrialization projects across the 12 identified sectors. Insurance guaranteeing the invested capital will be offered on all stakes and shares.

This card enables service payments via POS terminals, merchants, online purchases on the E-commerce site, card-to-card money transfers, ATM withdrawals, and salary payments. The card is personalized and features a black and white photo of the owner.

The card is rechargeable by card, bank transfer, at various partner service points, POS terminals, or ATMs (account to card). It will have a balance capped at 5,000,000 FCFA. The balance can be checked at ATMs or via SMS.

Each transaction, whether credit or debit, is notified by SMS, and a monthly transaction statement is sent by email. The card will be a GIM card and will work at ATMs within the UEMOA zone. The card can be used for product and service payments at merchants in the UEMOA zone, money transfers, and other similar services.
